CANADIAN TEACHER CHARGED FOR MOLESTING BOYS IN THAILAND

Eww.. This makes me sad to be Canadian.. Well to be associated with someone like Christopher Neil, a 32-year-old schoolteacher, who has been charged for molesting young boys in Thailand. Absolutely disgusting!

Mr Neil was arrested by Royal Thai police in Nakhon Ratchasima in northeast Thailand on 19th October 2007, after an internet image was unscrambled using digital technology.

The arrest followed what INTERPOL described as 'an unprecedented global public appeal' was launched on 8th October to identify the man in the internet image.

Hundreds of photos allegedly showing Mr Neil committing child abuse were uncovered.

He received half of the sentence he may have faced as he pleaded guilty to the charges when he appeared in court on 12th May.

His only comment when the sentence was passed was 'OK', and will not be appealing against the sentence.

Mr Neil faces further similar charges relating to the 13-year-old victim's younger brother.

He denies the alleged offence against the nine-year-old, for which he will be tried in October.
If found guilty of the second offence, Mr Neil will face up to 20 years imprisonment.

Of the appeal to identify and arrest Mr Neil, INTERPOL's Secretary General Ronald K. Noble said: 'This is but one example of how co-operation between INTERPOL, its police partners in 186 member countries and the public can work together to bring international criminals to justice.

'[Mr Neil's] arrest sends a clear message to those men who think they can travel to Southeast Asia to abuse innocent children.

'There is no longer any such place as a safe haven for paedophiles; there is no such thing as anonymity; and there is no escape.' [SOURCE]

People like him is what creates that stigma given to gays by some of these Uber-Christian groups out there. They believe that all gays are perverted paedophiles because of incidents like this. Bah! This makes me so angry. Poor Poor Children..

A German Arabic language magazine is being investigated by police after it published an article claiming that shaking hands with gay men can transmit disease.

Al-Salam magazine printed an article entitled "A flesh-eating bacteria and sexual abnormality', which says that gay men carry deadly diseases and that Muslim men should not shake their hands as 'one never knows what kind of bacteria and germs are found on them."

The article is accompanied by graphic photographs of skin diseases.

Al-Salaam is free and distributed to restaurants and cafes around Berlin.

The article was reported to police by the Lesbian and Gay Association of Berlin-Brandenburg (LSVD), who are now investigating the issue.

LSVD spokesperson Alexander Zinn told TheLocal.de:"We have reported it as a crime to the police and it is now being examined to determine whether it should be dealt with as defamation or incitement."

"We would appeal to the more liberal parts of the community to help us with this, and we also need the engagement of the integration representative of the city senate.

"This is one of many signs of something that keeps on coming up.

"Something needs to be done and we need to work together to try to tackle the problem." [SOURCE]

ELLEN GETTING MARRIED THIS WEEKEND??

Wedding Bells may be in the air for everyone's favourite Lesbian couple. There are rumours floating around that Ellen and Portia are going to become one this weekend. Could this be true?? We may have to wait till Monday. Here are what some are speculating:

Comedienne and talk show host Ellen DeGeneres marry her long-term partner, actor Portia de Rossi, in California this weekend.

The couple are reportedly holding an intimate ceremony with close friends and family.

The ban on gay marriage in California was lifted in May.

Since then there has been debate over whether it should remain legally recognised, and the decision to allow gay marriage may yet be reversed.

ANOTHER GAY MAN'S KILLER GETS WHAT HE DESERVES!

Terry Mangum has been sentenced for life for murdering a gay man he met at a bar back on June 4, 2007. At first this guy claimed he was insane to get the charges dropped but was later denied. This guy is nuts though. He believes he brought justice because gays are disturbed and perverted. Hmmm.. O-k-a-y?!?!?!?

Mangum, 27, of Cypress, was convicted of stabbing 46-year-old Kenneth Cummings in the head with a knife at Cummings’ Pearland home, then trying to clean up the blood before burying the body in a shallow grave on a ranch south of San Antonio.

Shortly after the murder, Mangum admitted to the crime in a jailhouse interview with a reporter from The Facts, a Brazoria County newspaper. Mangum told the reporter, who testified during the weeklong trial, that God had called on him to “carry out a code of retribution” by killing a gay man because “sexual perversion” is “the worst sin.”

Mangum later pleaded not guilty to the crime by reason of insanity. Psychologists testified during the trial that Mangum is delusional and schizophrenic, according to The Facts. Mangum, who went by the names of biblical characters during interviews with the reporter and police, believed he was “anointed and appointed by God” to commit the murder, the psychologists testified.

In addition to convicting Mangum, jurors found that the murder was a hate crime, which could make it less likely that he’ll be granted parole. Mangum won’t be eligible for parole for 30 years.

A friend of Cummings’ who’d accompanied him to the gay bar E.J.’s on June 4, 2007, testified that Cummings sent Mangum a drink, The Facts reported. The three played pool and Mangum was flirting with Cummings, the friend testified.

Cummings and Mangum talked on the phone later that night and were captured on surveillance video purchasing beer and wine in a grocery store.

Four days later, after Cummings was reported missing, police found blood drops in his home and his credit cards in a vehicle belonging to Mangum.

A trail of credit card purchases led police to Mangum’s grandfather’s ranch in Poteet, just south of San Antonio.

Cummings’ body, which was identified by dental records, was found burned and buried in a dry stock tank a week after the murder. [SOURCE]

KIDNAPPED SON RESCUED AND BROUGHT HOME!

Reported before about an ex-husband who kidnapped his kid and flew off to Israel.. Well we have an update! Looks like the child was found and brought back to his other daddy in the U.S. What a Relief!

An abducted New York toddler at the center of an international gay custody battle was taken from one of his dads in Israel Thursday and handed over to the other, lawyers said.

A "removal team" made up of Israeli law enforcement and social workers escorted 23-month-old Jedidiah from a Jerusalem apartment where father Eric Hyett had holed up after spiriting the boy there from Manhattan.

"It's the most wonderful feeling in the world to have him back," Jedidiah's other dad, Joshua Glazer, said in a call from Israel after being reunited with his son.

When Jedidiah saw him he started shouting, "Daddy! Daddy! Daddy! And he was kissing me and kissing everybody," Glazer said.

Glazer and Hyett had married in Massachusetts in 2004, but later broke up. The two became embroiled in a bitter custody battle over their adopted son.

Hyett, arguing Glazer was emotionally abusive and trying to cut him out of the child's life, took Jedidiah and fled on Aug. 4 to Israel, where he has friends and family.

Glazer hired the International Investigative Group, which located Hyett within 20 hours of him landing in Israel, said agency president Daniel Ribacoff.

Private investigators tailed Hyett for more than a week as he moved from Lapid, a small village near the West bank, to the Jerusalem apartment where officials found Jedidiah.

Glazer and his mother flew to Israel, and Glazer was outside waiting in a car when authorities brought the child to him.

In his absence, Hyett was indicted in Manhattan on a charge of custodial interference and Glazer was awarded temporary custody of the boy, according to court documents and Glazer's attorney Samuel Ferrara.

Glazer, Hyett and their son will remain Israel at least through next Thursday, when the case will be heard in Israeli court.

The court will decide whether to send the child home for the custody dispute to be settled in New York.

"Gut-wrenching. That's how I would describe it," Glazer said of the past two weeks. [SOURCE]

LAWRENCE'S FAMILY NOW SUING SCHOOL: THEY BELIEVE THIS IS THE REASON THEIR CHILD WAS KILLED

Ya.. See I don't know about this kinda stuff. Suing for everything just seems odd. The family of slain 15 yr old Lawrence King are now suing their kid's school because they did not enforce the dress code. They believe this is the reason their son was killed. Hmmmm I dunno if this is a good claim..

The family of a gay Oxnard teenager who was fatally shot in class is suing the school district, claiming its failure to enforce the dress code led to the boy's death.

The parents and brother of 15-year-old Larry King filed a personal injury claim against the Hueneme (weye-NEE'-mee) school district seeking unspecified damages.

King, an eighth-grader at E.O. Green Junior High School, was shot in February. His classmate Brandon McInerney pleaded not guilty to the shooting last week. He is charged as an adult and also faces a charge of a committing a hate crime.

The claim, filed last week in Ventura County Superior Court, says administrators and teachers failed to enforce the school's dress code when King wore feminine clothing and makeup to school. [SOURCE]

Big Brother 5's Will Wikle is joining the cast of Another Gay Sequel: Gays Gone Wild! and he sat down with HX Online to discuss the antics that happened while making the film. HX: How did this role come about for you? Was there a casting couch involved?
Will Wikle: I’d love to say I was discovered in the food court of a local shopping mall, but in reality, I just auditioned like everyone else.

HX: You look amazing in the film—and on our cover—and I hate/love you for it. How did you physically prepare?
WW: One night, I was inspired by something Tyra said to the girls on Top Model. I thought, I don’t have the natural beauty to pull off high fashion, so maybe I should try giving them men’s magazine. I gained 30 pounds, but it mostly went straight to my ass. Sometimes I feel like I should be dropping it in a rap video.

HX: Which characters or real-life bitches inspired your performance as the film’s resident Mean Gurl?
WW: Jasper was most inspired by Johnny, the villain from the first Karate Kid—if Johnny had been a hateful bossy bottom. Of course, there are also homages to the greatest mean girls of all time, Heather Chandler and Regina George.

HX: Speaking of villainesses, Miss RuPaul declined to comment for this article. Was she the biggest diva on set?
WW: She was the only one with her own trailer, but Ru was amazing. I think people would be surprised by how spiritual and zen she is. Bunny wins the diva trophy hands down, but she owns it. If you ever want to know how to properly read a makeup girl, take lessons from Bunny.

HX: You were filming in Ft. Lauderdale for a month. Was there a lot of hooking up off set amongst the cast?Are you kidding me?
WW: The production company should have put webcams in the hotel rooms and made some hard cash. Off set was like Xtube: The Musical.

HX: Did any “straight” actors give in to gay temptation?
WW: The majority of the straight actors were legit, although yes, there was one who took his character research very seriously. I won’t say who, but I’m just sayin’...

HX: Have you ever been involved with a closet case who was straight with his girlfriend—or even in the media—but straight to bed with you?
WW:There was a time that I had a sexual relationship with a married male socialite. Not only was it heavy on my conscience, but he was so bad in bed. Those kind of affairs are bad karma.

HX: Word has it that you had your own fling on the set with costar and porn pup Brent Corrigan. Dish!
WW: The atmosphere on set was very gay summer camp, and a few of us did find our way into each other’s bunks. Yes, I had an innocent little romance with Brent, but it honestly felt more like a story line on The Hills. It was very Justin Bobby and Audrina. We always knew it would end with the closing credits.

HX: How do things stand with Brent today?
WW: We’re still close, and I do feel very protective of him. I think the audience will really respond to his performance, and I hope to work with him again—even if it’s just making our own private videos. For our Hills spin-off, of course!

HX: Do you currently have a boyfriend?
WW: No. But I totally have the textbook crushes on gym guy, Facebook guy, and Barracuda guy. I’m more boy crazy than Miley Cyrus, but much less slutty.

HX: What’s up next for you?
WW: And most importantly, does it involve more skin?I’m taking a class, and I managed to snag a part in a serious drama opposite Alan Cumming, Cheyenne Jackson and Erykah Badu, but production is now delayed, so we’ll see. My dream is to do a freaky storyline on Nip/Tuck or work with John Waters. I’d do full frontal for John Waters.

SOME HOPE FOR 90210 FANS - DONNA STILL MAY RETURN

As I have been reporting about the new 90210, Tori Spelling has said she will drop out because of disputes of pay between herself, Jennie and Shannen. Now we here she still is hoping to return from Extra TV. Hmmm.. I dunno what to believe now. I just hope she does return and not just her and the other two ladies but everyone comes back for at least 1 episode. Woot Woot!!'

Even though Donna Martin aka Tori Spelling isn’t in the 90210 spin-off premiere, it’s still possible that she could return to West Beverly High School. THE TREVOR PROJECT LAUNCHING FIRST SOCIAL MARKETING CAMPAIGN TO HELP LGBT YOUTH

The Trevor Project, a non profit, around-the-clock crisis and suicide prevention helpline for LGBT youth wants to increase awareness of gay teen suicide by is launching its first social marketing campaign. Thats some good news!

The series of print and online advertisements feature four young people, representing those who attempted suicide because of intolerance and harassment, and expressing how glad they are that they did not complete suicide because their lives have since changed for the better.

The vignettes deliver the message that the despair leading to suicide can be resolved in a way that leads to a happy and fulfilling life. The Trevor Project said it hopes to place the advertisements pro-bono in media outlets and on Web sites nationwide.

“It is significant that our first social marketing campaign will launch during National Suicide Prevention Week because suicide is one of the top three killers of all young people, and LGBTQ youth are up to four times more likely to attempt suicide than their heterosexual peers,” said Charles Robbins, executive director of The Trevor Project.

“It is time for young people to rise above homophobia and work together to create inclusive, respectful environments for one another.”

The Trevor Helpline, 866-4-U-TREVOR, is a free and confidential service that offers hope through its trained counselors.

It also provides lifesaving guidance and vital resources to parents and educators in order to foster safe, accepting and inclusive environments for all youth, at home and at school. [SOURCE]

PANAMA LEGALIZES GAY SEX!!

Woot Woot for Panama!! The President Martín Torrijos Espino signed a decree last month allowing for Gay Sex to be legal. There was a nation ban on the act and finally gays can rest in peace and not worry if they are intimate with one another.

Espino signed a decree July 29 repealing a 1949 law that criminalized sodomy under penalty of a $500 fine or jail time. The move followed protests by the gay group New Men and Women of Panama and other human-rights defenders, local media said. The decree, issued by the Ministry of Health and also signed by Health Minister Rosario E. Turner, said the ban was at odds with the Panamanian Constitution and international human-rights treaties Panama has signed.

It also said the law conflicted with the Health Ministry’s policy to “maintain respect for the sexual preferences of each person, without the existence of any type of discrimination” in the operation of its sexually transmitted diseases programs. [SOURCE]

I never really liked Dane Cook but now I dunno he just irritates me. Its has been said that Dane is upset with his movie poster for his new movie My Best Friend's Girl because it looks like he is wearing Shiny Lip Gloss. Oh No.. The Sky Must Be Falling!!

According to Dane Cook, his upcoming flick, My Best Friend's Girl, is "an edgy comedy with a dash of romance," and it's the "best / funniest film" he's done yet.

His only real complaint? The movie's poster, which the comedian has taken to task on his own blog. A few of the (very true and very funny) points he makes:

Graphics: "Whoever Photoshopped our poster must have done so at Taser point with three minutes to fulfill their hostage takers' deranged obligations.... This is so glossy it makes Entertainment Weekly look wooden." (We always appreciate a shout-out, Cook, so thank you!)

TALK ABOUT GAY BLACKMAIL

In Australia, Justin Williams (above) tried to blackmail a man with pictures of him going into a public toilet with two other men. He didn't get to far with the blackmail, the man being blackmailed rushed to the police and Williams was charged with extortion. Sucker!! Guess what the reason for blackmail was?? He felt someone had to teach these Perverts a Lesson..

Eh? Who is he calling a pervert??

Justin Williams, 39, made his second phone call demanding payment while his victim was reporting the extortion bid to police.

Williams, of Hoppers Crossing, yesterday pleaded guilty to blackmail in the County Court for demanding $1500 from a man he saw at a toilet block near Melton, west of Melbourne.

The court heard Williams had been sitting in his vehicle reading a newspaper last November when he saw a man walk into the toilet block with two other men.

He wrote down a phone number displayed on the side of a work van driven by one of the men.

Williams saw his target leave the toilet block and then phoned him and said he had photos and would "cause problems" if the man didn't deliver the money in 40 minutes to a Bacchus Marsh park.

But the court heard the victim instead drove straight to the nearest police station and reported the extortion attempt.

While he was reporting the blackmail attempt to police, Williams phoned him a second time threatening to "flog him" if he didn't pay up.

In a later police interview, Williams said he had tried to blackmail the man because he was disturbed by what he had seen and wanted to teach the "perverts" a lesson.

Defence lawyer Maitland Lincoln said the father of one wanted to protect children who might have walked into the toilets, and said Williams had demanded the money as a form of punishment.

Judge Geoff Chettle convicted Williams and fined him $5000. [SOURCE]

GAY ATHLETES AT THE OLYMPICS

Its Olympics time and we have a bunch of athletes representing the gay community within the games. Many open gay/lesbian athletes are playing to achieve a gold medal to bring home for their country. Who is excited?? I know I am.. Woot Woot!!

A host of talented gay and lesbian athletes are set to take part at the Beijing Olympics.
Diver Matthew Mitcham, 20, is representing Australia in the men's 3 metre springboard competition on 18th August, and the men's 10 metre platform on 22nd August.

Mitcham caused a stir recently when he came out in an interview with the Sydney Morning Herald at the end of May.

The diving star is the first out Australian to compete in the Olympic games.
Mitcham is not the only gay in the Olympic village.

Natasha Kai, a forward on the U.S.A Women's football team, is an out lesbian. Kai, 25, joined the team in 2006.

Hawaiin-born Kai first began playing football at the age of 7.

Whilst at the University of Hawaii, Kai was awarded Western Athletic Conference Player of the Year three times.

Kai is the first woman from Hawaii to make the U.S.A Women's National Team.

Other lesbians at the games include Imke Duplitze, Olympic Fencing silver medalist, and German cyclist Judith Arndt.

Arndt returns to the Olympics this year having won Bronze in the 1996 competition, and Silver in 2004, as well as the World Road Race Championship.

Arndt is also famed for her angry outburst at the 2004 Olympics, brought on by the cutting of her partner and team mate Petra Rossner from the team.

Both athletes were named Gay Games Ambassadors in 2005

FRATTV UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR THEIR TWO WRESTLERS FEATURED ON THEIR SITE

Seems like FratTv has been contacted by the University of Nebraska to discuss these two students who have been displayed on their site. Looks like the unversity wants to know if the two have been making money off the site because if so they could lose their place on the wrestling team. Uh Oh...

The owner of a Web site featuring gay pornography says the University of Nebraska athletic department has contacted him in an investigation into Internet photographs that allegedly show two Cornhusker wrestlers naked or partially clothed.

John Marsh of Los Angeles is owner of Fratmentv.com.

The pictures appear to show, separately, Paul Donahoe and Kenny Jordan, but Marsh wouldn’t confirm their identity, citing his policy to protect models.

NO CHARGES AGAINST GAY MAN'S ATTACKERS IN SALT LAKE

Happy Tuesday Everyone. Sorry I am late starting the blogs. Been a busy busy day. I am starting off with a weird gay story. A Gay man was who was beaten on the 4th of July will not see any justice being done to his attackers. Looks like the group who attacked this man in Salt Lake will not be charged with assault. However, why was this man attacked in the first place? He supposedly kidnapped his neighbours children because they were not able to sleep at their house due to a loud party.. Sooo STRANGE.. Read below for the whole story.. Soo Twisted!

David Bell, 30, was beaten by between three and five of his neighbours at his home on 4th July, reports the Salt Lake Tribune.

The neighbours claim that Mr. Bell kidnapped two children aged two and four years from their house, who were later found in his bedroom.

Mr. Bell's family say that he took the children to his house when they could not sleep at their own due to a loud party.

Mr. Bell had been present at the party from around 2AM until dawn.

Roger Kraft, Mr. Bell's attorney, claims that the neighbours kicked down his client's door, broke his windows and attacked him and his partner, Dan Fair.

Mr. Bell stated that his attackers cut his throat and foot with broken glass, and can no longer hear with one ear due to violence of the incident.

The mother of one of the children, Lulu Latu, said: 'Imagine walking into your house and not being able to find your kids, and then you find them in someone else's bedroom.

'I know it's not right. But what if I hadn't caught it in time? It could have been a child-murder case instead.'

Roger Kraft said that the attack 'escalated into a hate crime,' and that Mr. Bell's attackers assumed that 'because a person's gay, he's also a child-molester.'

Kraft continued: 'If the mother had gone to that house and found David with his wife, this would not have happened.' Queerty.com reports.

Ms. Latu denied that Mr. Bell's sexuality was an issue, and that concern for the children motivated the attack.

Mr. Bell's uncle, Joe Taylor, stated that he though his nephew's actions were unlikely to be a kidnap attempt.

He said: 'It doesn't add up. Kidnapping when you got a bunch of people in both houses? When you're right next door? What's that?'

The Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office announced on Wednesday that there was insufficient evidence to prosecute Mr. Bell's alleged assailants.

Mr. Bell is currently being held at Salt Lake County jail. [SOURCE]

UNIVERSITY OF NEBRASKA STUDENT WRESTLERS CAUGHT ON GAY PORN SITE

Uh Oh... 2 University of Nebraska students who participate on their wrestling team have been caught on gay porn site, Fratmen.tv. SWEET!!

A University of Nebraska news blog reports that two of the Huskers' wrestling stars have taken on a side job in gay porn.

According to Fleshbot, the two Nebraksa wrestlers named Paul Donahoe and Kenny Jordan are featured on gay porn site, Fratmen.tv as "Nash" and "Cal".

The University of Nebraska, its athletics department, and the NCAA are all reportedly investigating the issue. Professional punishment is likely in order for the two soon-to-be former college wrestlers, Donahoe and Jordan.

At least "Nash" and "Cal" know where they can earn extra cash if they need to pay off their NCAA fines! [SOURCE]

FRED PHELPS GROUP WANTED TO PROTEST CANADIAN FUNERAL

As reported on Friday, Fred Phelp's group were denied access to Canada. We get further wind that the reason they were coming to Canada was to protest a funeral. The man who was brutally murdered on a Greyhound bus in the west of Canada was the subject of their protest.

The Westboro Baptis Church group wanted to protest this funeral and make claims that the reason this happened is because God is unhappy with Canada for their political views on homosexuality. They believe our Country is to lenient on us gays.. hmmm righhhht!!

Despite claims they had thwarted a government ban and had entered Canada, members of an anti-gay group that purports to be a church failed to show up for their threatened protest at the funeral of a man who was stabbed to death and beheaded aboard a Greyhound bus.

Members of Rev. Fred Phelps’ Westboro Baptist Church in Topeka, Kan., claimed they had successfully entered the country by removing material that referred to the “church” from their vehicles and shipped them by courier to Winnipeg after the material was used to blocked them from another crossing into Manitoba on Thursday.

A directive was sent to border guards last week by Public Safety Minister Stockwell Day to bar the group under Canada’s hate crime law, after Pat Martin, a New Democratic Party member of Parliament from Winnipeg, said he had received hundreds of complaints about the planned protest.

The Phelps group said it would protest at the weekend funeral of Tim McLean to show Canadians that murder was God’s response to liberal Canadian policies toward homosexuality.
A large police contingent was on hand to prevent trouble at the funeral. Earlier in the day, more than 500 Winnipegers filled nearby streets determined to prevent any protest from being seen by mourners.

McLean, 22, was brutally attacked as he sat in his seat on a Greyhound bus traveling west of Winnipeg on July 30. A fellow passenger has been charged with murder. [SOURCE]

TORI DROPS OUT OF 90210

Seems like Tori Spelling dropped out of the new 90210 spin-off because she found out that Shannen (Brenda) and Jennie (Kelly) were getting bigger paychecks. Wow.. Just seems like yesterday when the same war was on during the first series.. Ohh it's so great to have the show back. Ha Ha Ha

Tori Spelling has changed her mind about returning to Beverly Hills, 90210 as Donna Martin.

"At this time, there are no plans for Tori to appear in the 90210 spinoff," her rep tells Usmagazine.com.

(A rep for The CW told concurred: "The CW has no deal with Tori Spelling to appear on 90210 at this time.")

The confirmation comes after DeadlineHollywoodDaily.com reported Monday that Spelling, 35, pulled out after learning that co-stars Jennie Garth and Shannen Doherty were earning $35,000-$50,000 per episode compared to Spelling's $10,000-$20,000 per episode salary.

OHH MONDAYS!!

Hey Everyone. Hope you all had a great weekend. Although it was stormy here in Toronto I was able to have a nice relaxing weekend. Saturday, Claudio and I celebrated our 2 years.. Woot Woot. We were gonna do the whole Dinner and a movie but since it was bad outside we opted to stay in. Ordered some Delish food and watched some movies, played some games and just relaxed.

Sunday was just a cleaning day for me. Although I cannot find my cell phone for the life of me it was quiet since I had no way to communicate with the outside world. My Computer is still dead and no phone.. Man.. I am living like a caveman.. Geesh.

Anyways, Friday marked a landmark for me and my site Omen Sweetness. We had the highest amount of people visit the site. I was quite impressed. For not having it widely known yet, this site is taking off. So everyone keep sharing this site with friends.. Promote.. Promote.. Promote!!
