Poor guy... Gately lost £80,000 worth of jewellery due to a burglary at his Highgate home in North London.The break-in at his Highgate home in North London involved the loss of a watch that he purchased with his first pay packet from Boyzone.
He also lost a £20,000 custom-made Rolex watch in addition to a Cartier diamond watch also worth £20,000 and bracelet from his civil partner Andy Coules.
The star told the Sunday Mirror: "I'm deeply upset because these items had great sentimental value. They'll probably be sold off for a fraction of their true value." [SOURCE]
Man, that sucks.. I feel bad for the guy... Sometimes Sentimental items can be the hardest things to get over. I remember when i almost lost my late Nan's Wedding ring, which i always wear around my neck. I was going Ballistic! Luckily, i found it, miraculously at the bottom of my laundry.. I have no idea how it got there but i was soooo Happy. I mean I couldn't replace that ring, its priceless..
I hope the people are caught and Stephen gets his stuff back. Fingers crossed to you Stephen!!
