KIDNAPPED SON RESCUED AND BROUGHT HOME!

Reported before about an ex-husband who kidnapped his kid and flew off to Israel.. Well we have an update! Looks like the child was found and brought back to his other daddy in the U.S. What a Relief!

An abducted New York toddler at the center of an international gay custody battle was taken from one of his dads in Israel Thursday and handed over to the other, lawyers said.

A "removal team" made up of Israeli law enforcement and social workers escorted 23-month-old Jedidiah from a Jerusalem apartment where father Eric Hyett had holed up after spiriting the boy there from Manhattan.

"It's the most wonderful feeling in the world to have him back," Jedidiah's other dad, Joshua Glazer, said in a call from Israel after being reunited with his son.

When Jedidiah saw him he started shouting, "Daddy! Daddy! Daddy! And he was kissing me and kissing everybody," Glazer said.

Glazer and Hyett had married in Massachusetts in 2004, but later broke up. The two became embroiled in a bitter custody battle over their adopted son.

Hyett, arguing Glazer was emotionally abusive and trying to cut him out of the child's life, took Jedidiah and fled on Aug. 4 to Israel, where he has friends and family.

Glazer hired the International Investigative Group, which located Hyett within 20 hours of him landing in Israel, said agency president Daniel Ribacoff.

Private investigators tailed Hyett for more than a week as he moved from Lapid, a small village near the West bank, to the Jerusalem apartment where officials found Jedidiah.

Glazer and his mother flew to Israel, and Glazer was outside waiting in a car when authorities brought the child to him.

In his absence, Hyett was indicted in Manhattan on a charge of custodial interference and Glazer was awarded temporary custody of the boy, according to court documents and Glazer's attorney Samuel Ferrara.

Glazer, Hyett and their son will remain Israel at least through next Thursday, when the case will be heard in Israeli court.

The court will decide whether to send the child home for the custody dispute to be settled in New York.

"Gut-wrenching. That's how I would describe it," Glazer said of the past two weeks. [SOURCE]

Man.. What a mess. I feel terrible for the little one who is caught in the middle of this war between two ex-lovers. I hope there is light at the end of this tunnel.

NO CHARGES AGAINST GAY MAN'S ATTACKERS IN SALT LAKE

Happy Tuesday Everyone. Sorry I am late starting the blogs. Been a busy busy day. I am starting off with a weird gay story. A Gay man was who was beaten on the 4th of July will not see any justice being done to his attackers. Looks like the group who attacked this man in Salt Lake will not be charged with assault. However, why was this man attacked in the first place? He supposedly kidnapped his neighbours children because they were not able to sleep at their house due to a loud party.. Sooo STRANGE.. David Bell, 30, was beaten by between three and five of his neighbours at his home on 4th July, reports the Salt Lake Tribune.

The neighbours claim that Mr. Bell kidnapped two children aged two and four years from their house, who were later found in his bedroom.

Mr. Bell's family say that he took the children to his house when they could not sleep at their own due to a loud party.

Mr. Bell had been present at the party from around 2AM until dawn.

Roger Kraft, Mr. Bell's attorney, claims that the neighbours kicked down his client's door, broke his windows and attacked him and his partner, Dan Fair.

Mr. Bell stated that his attackers cut his throat and foot with broken glass, and can no longer hear with one ear due to violence of the incident.

The mother of one of the children, Lulu Latu, said: 'Imagine walking into your house and not being able to find your kids, and then you find them in someone else's bedroom.

'I know it's not right. But what if I hadn't caught it in time? It could have been a child-murder case instead.'

Roger Kraft said that the attack 'escalated into a hate crime,' and that Mr. Bell's attackers assumed that 'because a person's gay, he's also a child-molester.'

Kraft continued: 'If the mother had gone to that house and found David with his wife, this would not have happened.' Queerty.com reports.

Ms. Latu denied that Mr. Bell's sexuality was an issue, and that concern for the children motivated the attack.

Mr. Bell's uncle, Joe Taylor, stated that he though his nephew's actions were unlikely to be a kidnap attempt.

He said: 'It doesn't add up. Kidnapping when you got a bunch of people in both houses? When you're right next door? What's that?'

The Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office announced on Wednesday that there was insufficient evidence to prosecute Mr. Bell's alleged assailants.

GAY EX-HUSBAND KIDNAPS SON AND FLEES TO ISREAL

Wow.. this is a crazy story..

A Gay Man is been worried sick after having his ex-husband kidnap their son and flee to Isreal.

Joshua Glazer (Below with son) and Eric Hyett (Above) married four years ago in Massachusetts. They adopted their son Jedidiah before they broke up and now everything is going downhill for Glazer.

When Hyett picked the boy up last Thursday he asked for two more days because he wanted to take Jedidiah to Boston to visit his grandparents.

Glazer said yes.

“They were supposed to come back by noon Tuesday instead of Sunday,” said Glazer. “But by 12:15, I was already starting to get worried. I knew something was up.” Police said Hyett sent an e-mail to a former attorney for Glazer in which he said he and the boy had arrived safely in Tel Aviv.

He gave his phone number and wrote to Glazer, “You won’t see your son again.” [SOURCE]
