GAY CANADIAN TV STATION BECOMING MORE FAB

In TV news... OutTV is a speciality Canadian station that features gay content to their subscribers. James Shavick became recent owner of the station and is trying to make it a more stronger station available to the LGBT community.

According to Montreal-raised Shavick, OUTtv -- www.outtv.ca -- now has 500,000 subscribers and, with a claimed growth of two per cent monthly, "is the fastest-growing television network in Canada."

...The change didn't just happen. "They were putting absolute crap on the network, and hadn't refreshed it," Shavick said of pre-2006 OUTtv. "So we bought thousands and thousands of hours of new programming from all over the world." [SOURCE]

The article goes on to say how Shavick acquired rights for the HereTV! hit Dante's Cove and other shows. He is trying to have to the station become more diverse when it comes to programs. This is good news because when i had the station a few years ago it was pretty bland. Now i am actually looking forward to purchasing it again. I really want to see shows such as Dante's Cove and Noah's Arc, which are cult hits in the U.S. Only time will tell.. SWEET!!
