In Australia, Justin Williams (above) tried to blackmail a man with pictures of him going into a public toilet with two other men. He didn't get to far with the blackmail, the man being blackmailed rushed to the police and Williams was charged with extortion. Sucker!! Guess what the reason for blackmail was?? He felt someone had to teach these Perverts a Lesson..

Justin Williams, 39, made his second phone call demanding payment while his victim was reporting the extortion bid to police.

Williams, of Hoppers Crossing, yesterday pleaded guilty to blackmail in the County Court for demanding $1500 from a man he saw at a toilet block near Melton, west of Melbourne.

The court heard Williams had been sitting in his vehicle reading a newspaper last November when he saw a man walk into the toilet block with two other men.

He wrote down a phone number displayed on the side of a work van driven by one of the men.

Williams saw his target leave the toilet block and then phoned him and said he had photos and would "cause problems" if the man didn't deliver the money in 40 minutes to a Bacchus Marsh park.

But the court heard the victim instead drove straight to the nearest police station and reported the extortion attempt.

While he was reporting the blackmail attempt to police, Williams phoned him a second time threatening to "flog him" if he didn't pay up.

In a later police interview, Williams said he had tried to blackmail the man because he was disturbed by what he had seen and wanted to teach the "perverts" a lesson.

Defence lawyer Maitland Lincoln said the father of one wanted to protect children who might have walked into the toilets, and said Williams had demanded the money as a form of punishment.

Judge Geoff Chettle convicted Williams and fined him $5000. [SOURCE]

GAY DONERS BRING "INFECTION AND DEATH" CLAIMS RED CROSS

Red Cross is causing some controversy again about their doner rules. In Australia, electronics technician Michael Cain, 21, was rejected as a donor in October 2004, after replying "yes" in the Red Cross questionnaire to whether he had had gay sex in the past 12 months. Gay Activists of course did not like this and were mad with how Red Cross Responded. Red Cross believe that gay men bring infection and death to the community and this is why there is a ban on their blood. HOW RUDE!

Tasmanian Gay and Lesbian Rights Group spokesperson, Rodney Croome, described the Red Cross opening statement in defence of the current ban as a "statistical diatribe against gay men."

"The Red Cross cited statistics about rates of HIV and other infections in the gay community which were misleading because the infections in question arise from unsafe sex, not gay sex, and because almost all these infections are increasing dramatically in other groups which aren't banned from blood donation," Mr Croome said.

"It was particularly offensive and unprofessional for the Red Cross to assert that "monogamy is a myth" in regard to men who have sex with men."

Cain's solicitor, Peter Tree, highlighted the fact that risk of HIV infection is based on safety of sexual activity, not gender of sexual partner.

Mr Tree said it was "illogical and medically flawed" to ban all sexually-active gay men from donating blood.

"The appropriate screen ought be based on unsafe sexual activity."

Mr Tree also highlighted statistics showing the failure of the current screening process to eliminate all HIV positive blood donations, especially from heterosexual donors. [SOURCE]

AUSTRALIA: 20 YR OLD KILLED BY HIS 45 YR OLD BOYFRIEND

This is a messed up story. This poor boy above, Matthew Leveson's murder was believed to be connected to a Hate Crime. This does not seem to be the case:

Michael Peter Atkins, 45, was arrested at 7am today at his Cronulla unit, with police later charging him over the death of 20-year-old Matthew Leveson, who disappeared in September last year.

Mr Leveson was last seen by his brother Peter at the popular gay club ARQ on September 23, when he left the inner-Sydney nightspot with Atkins, with whom he was living at the time.
Atkins later told police he had seen him the next day in Cronulla.

But Mr Leveson was only reported missing when he did not turn up to work at a Hurstville call centre on September 25.

Two days later, police found Mr Leveson's empty Toyota Seca at Waratah Oval in Sutherland, just a short distance from his home.

Mr Leveson's parents said they were sickened to learn Atkins had been arrested over their son's murder.

"Sick, sick to the stomach," Faye Leveson told reporters.

His father, Mark, said the family had known Atkins for about 12 months prior to his son's disappearance, and the family now felt "betrayed". [SOURCE]

Wow.. That is nuts! Luckily, Atkins has been refused police bail to appear in Sutherland Local Court tomorrow.

AUSTRALIA: MAN FOUND GUILTY 4 SPREADING HIV AT GAY PARTIES

How disgusting is this. A man has been found guilty for spreading HIV at gay parties. He was found bragging to someone about how he infected 75 known people. I am shocked!! I dunno what to say. This guy needs to be put away for a long long time for doing such a horrible thing.

A 49-year-old Melbourne man was convicted Thursday of knowingly spreading HIV to other men

During the five week trial, the court was told that Michael John Neal bragged that he had made “75 people pos.”

Neal was originally charged in 2006 with 35 counts, but after the case was made public, dozens of other men went to police.

Prosecutor Mark Rochford told the court that Neal, who was diagnosed in 2000, infected two men with HIV and attempted to infect 14 others.

Rochford said that Neal met the victims in parks and other areas where gays cruise for sex and on the internet.

He allegedly tried to get one victim to help him spread the disease and drugged another man - who is now HIV-positive - because he refused unprotected sex.

Oh wait it doesn't end there. You should here is defense. ARGGG!

Neal had pleaded not guilty. His lawyer said that Neal believed he was not contagious because he immediately began retroviral treatment after being diagnosed. His viral load levels were “undetectable” nine months later. Viral load levels indicate how actively the virus is reproducing. [SOURCE]

Luckily the idiot was found guilty on 15 charges, including eight counts of attempting to infect another person with HIV and two counts of rape. Lets hope he has been put away for good.

AUSTRALIA: STEROIDS DISGUISED AS GAY LUBE SCANDAL

Ohh my.. this is quite a funny one. Australia has a good story with this. They busted a drug scandal that included "Gay Lube". Looks like someone was trying to smuggle steroids over the Australian border disguising it as the lube. Crafty i must say but definitely not smart since they got caught!

Australian Customs officers have broken a drugs ring where shipments of performance enhancing steroids where disguised as 'gay lube oil.'

More than 150 bottles of the drugs have been seized in five states since the beginning of the year.

The authorities stepped in after they became suspicious of the number of orders for the product.

Tests revealed the bottles, posted from Thailand, contained image and performance enhancing drugs including deca durabolin and testosterone. Customs executed search and seizure warrants on premises throughout Australia and issued several individuals with formal warnings and seizure notices about these shipments while other detections remain under investigation.

Customs is also liaising with authorities in Thailand to prevent further shipments. [SOURCE]

GAY AUSSIE OLYMPIC DIVER SLAMS PRIME MINISTER'S STANCE ON GAY MARRIAGE

I read this on Queerity.com. The "Out" Australian Olympic diver Matthew Mitcham is defending the right to be able to marry someone of the same sex. The Prime Minister Kevin Rudd believes that the institution of marriage should be only between a man and a woman. Mitcham does not believe this at all:

"[Mitcham] certainly bears the markings of a good gay role model: he’s successful, attractive and he’s not shy about speaking up on queer issues. When asked for his view on same-sex marriage, for instance, he has no compunction slamming Prime Minister Kevin Rudd.

“I’m not happy with Kevin Rudd,” he says, bluntly. “Kevin Rudd’s opinion of marriage as something that’s only between a man and a woman is quite narrow-minded. During the election campaign he was all about appearing young and cool, but his views on gay marriage make him look quite old-fashioned.”" [SOURCE]

I agree with Matthew.. I mean coming from Canada we see how it's really not a big deal at all to marry your partner, no matter what sex. It's about equality and we should be marry the person we love. That is what i believe in. You cannot help who you fall in love with..
